A2 Merc IAS

I've found a couple links to this but all seem to be invalid URLs now. I have an A2 Merc and I am looking for options to outfit him with. I am wondering if it would even be possible to hit an IAS breakpoint with the 45% from Treachery. Currently he is wielding an Insight CA so he has not on weapon IAS.
