str and dex req for a trapper/kicker?

This is my first char, my skills will look something like this...

15 talon
1 Claw Mastery
1 wep block
1 into 1st shadow
1into 2nd shadow guy
1 Speed
1 Fade
15 Venom
3 fire blast
1 shock web
1 charge bolt
20 lightning
20 death
rest into shock web and charged bolt.

Can anyone tell me how much str/dex i should stop at? Thank you.

Whatever is enough for you equipment and, in case of weapon/shield, max block.

Well im going claw/claw i believe. Im just not sure what equip i should be using, thats the thing.
