I've begun tinkering around with modding, trying to entertain myself. So I've been playing with the frames it takes to cast certain spells and I can't figure out how to change how many frames it takes to cast lightning, chain lightning (I've managed to figure out all other spells, I think.). Could anyone offer me some insight into this?

That's where I picked up some of the tools I've been using. I was just hoping some of the knowledgables here could help me out.

if you rephrased your question i am sure that people here could help out with framerates.

I don't think the site doesn't not support them as much as the single player forum doesn't want you to trade with anyone if you use them.
