is it true you can roll skill grand charms from the gc's off hell andy?

a friend told me i could ive been rolling them for awhile but,the highest lvl ive seen them roll is 41? which i know cannot be skiller

just wondering if this is true, thnaks again guysThe only thing that matters is the internal ilvl of the item. The required level of the charm means nothing. Ilvl is based on the mlvl of the monster that dropped the item. To get a +skilltree grandcharm, you need an ilvl >= 50. Any charm you find in nightmare past Act 3 spider forest will work. Any charm you find in hell will work.
