Just making sure it is working how I would assume it does.

You just add the numbers together if its on the weapon, Sazabi's for example:

150%ED
+318%ED vs demons=
468%ED vs demons for a total off:
28-437


Then add in skill+non-weapon ED, of for example 250%=

98-1530 vs demons


Does this work the same way for +%per/level as well?

Does this work the same way for +%per/level as well?%ED to demons/undead is treated as off-weapon ED. In your example, you'd have 150% on weapon ED and 568% off-weapon ED when fighting demons, 250% off-weapon ed when fighting undead and animals.

for +ED% per level sums with ED%.
