What is the best ias for a trap laying? and what is the best fcr for teleing?

See i have 2 duel claws with 30 ias on them so its 60 ias is that enough for trap laying speed? i think 102 is the bp for fcr but i am not sure??

IAS only counts from the onhand claw. More important is the basespeed of the claw. 30 IAS is not enough for any claw without BoS.

You can find FCR breakpoints here (http://strategy.diabloii.net/news.php?id=551
).

First of all, find your base speed. This is the average of the weapon speed of both your claws. An example being:

x2 Runic Talons = (-30 x 2)/2 which = -30. So if you have 2 Runic Talons, each with -30 weapon speed, your average will be -30. If you have a Runic Talon and a Feral Claw, with -30 and -20, respectively, you'll have a base of -25. So figure out what your base is.

Now, assuming that your average is -30, you need 42 IAS for 9 frame trap laying. With 30 ias on your mainhand claw, you need 12 more. This can be accomplished by putting a 15ias jewel into your claw, or into your helm, etc. With a different base speed, the amount needed changes, so you'll need to check the IAS sticky for that.

As for FCR, if you're using dual claws and not Hoto/Spirit, then you want to hit the 65FCR breakpoint. This is done with 20fcr helm, trang-oul gloves, and 25 more from some combination of your Amulet/Belt/Ring. One ring should be a Ravenfrost to take care of the need for a Cannot Be Frozen mod, so make sure you don't use x2 Fcr rings unless you can get that mod elsewhere.

That about covers it, tell me if I missed anything.
