Question on jewels

I'm looking for a jewel with the most +min damage I can get. Is +10 the most one can have? And is it possible to spawn jewels with ED and min damage? Say a 39% ed +10 min? And what would something like that be valued at?

+18 is the most min damage you can get on a jewel. The best combo of ED and min damage would be 40/10.
