I Hate threads like this myself, but i didnt see a guide in the asn sticky or i can be very blind....

and before i start to make a gear choice

but a build around passion runeword, is what im guessing this is a build about...

so if anyone has info let me know or ill start right away tonight on makeing one

Sounds like a kinky idea Veg...using Tiger Strike, BoS with CoS for crowd control? Venom buffing? Let me know how that turns out as it sounds like a funky build! (I love funky builds...will get a guide up for my 'Sniperdin' if he ever pans out...)

Mr.Kaxe: well im going to try to build it around a passion Zerker i made a few back... but that doesnt seem like much damg, but with smiter gear IE guls,gores and dracs, seems like the damg wont matter much with the CB... and Nos coil for the leech and slow... raven for the CBF but im up for other possible gear choices...? possibly a COH or Trechery?

OK here we go:
MAX:
Venom
Bust
Blade sheild
Shadow Master
1pt preqs+
fade (part of venom tree)
Death sentry ( not sure if its worth the prereq pts)

Stats:
Str: Enough for gear
Dex: if want max block (which inturns will effect gear if SS wont be hard but without)
Vit: if want max health (same as above just without SS)
Eng: ya nothing as we all know

Gear:
Helm: Guls-CB love
Armor: Either COH or Trech - res or ias love
Gloves: dracs-life tap
Belt: Nos coil- slow and LL
Boots: Gores-once again CB love
rings: raven-CBF ring2: still open to suggestions... (plz no soj or BK)
Ammy: open but Maras-res love or Atams- amp love
Wep: Passion-whole reason for the build
Sheild: Phenoix monarch or SS-not sure if the str reqs worth it (or last resort spirit just for the +skills... though there are plenty of decent unique shields)

On switch: dont normall care here, but CTA/spirit always nice, but possibly +2/3 venom claws for a nice prebuff..(if that carries over?)

Basically a hack and slash sin, without claws, and useing zeal.. its lacking some +skills as well as res and ias... so thats what u fourm ppl are for.. help me help you... thanks

CoH has better mods but i love Treachery myself...all the mods are great but especially the speed u get from it is niiiiiice :smiley:

So no Tiger Strike then? Bit pointless against normal packs as it would go off on the first Zeal strike (interrupting the rest or maybe not work at all...) but might be useful against bosses...well...looks like a fun and damaging build to me so go for it dude!

and there were not playing a asn in forever has got me, i forget u dont need claws for all the martial arm moves.... so thats def another possiblity, but then i was thinking possibly dragon flight to as a possible escape plan, or heading right to the boss hopeing life tap kicks in... but not sure once agian

but the more i read the more i learn, so now im thinking there 2 ways to go...

either a max IAS sin or a MAx res/DR sin...

so thats maxing either IAS and depending on gear for res (coh) or maxing fade and depending on gear for IAS (trechery)

UGH but then comes into play the 2 buffs on treachey so im starting to lean away from it... unless i dont bother maxing fade or venom and just build around trechery.... that way i can save 20pts and gain 45IAS... and then as kaxe said but possibly maxing the martial art skill?

or i can just say F it on the COH and Treach and throw a FORT on. so many desicions

from what iv read ur describing what i like to call a speed freak build

mine is a c/c sin using lift click dclaw just running thru things like a frenzy barb

u might want to look at the cats eye ammy 4 ias and frw
crow caw armor 4 ias and ow to go with the cb

with passion and a few +skills i would go with maxing fade with ias on ur equip
prebuff with +skill claws (yes this stays when u swap weps as it is a timed skill) with venom

so i started on my way to lvling up, got my hands on a phenoix shield that i rolled (worse roll ever, 355ED and 366 missleD)....

i figure im going to put about 10 pts into Bust since u end up getting into the +1/+1 stat after that, im 25 so i havent opened anything good as of yet, with useing full sigs, and leaving my str around 75, figure im just going to stick it out until about 42 and just use dual bartucs till 64 when i can use passion, and throw on threach and just use the buffs from that insted of maxing fade/venom... but going to keep the pts around incase i deced to go fort or COH.... everything up to 25 was pretty simple (though i did rush my self through it all first) but no real strong spell to use that is a killer at this point beisdes having IAS...

the best part is all the trist/tomb/cow games, and ppl ask me what build i am.... i think 9/10 times "o that build sucks" got to love b.net ppl

Shame the Zerker makes it clvl 64 req eh? I have a Passion Balrog Blade i use on my dual wield WW barb so he can Zeal to get quick mana n life back and trigger the decrep on his Lawbringer so i can ease the crowds up a bit then whirl em...got Passion @ clvl 53 coz of the BB...zerker means better dmg but having to wait :grin:

Yeah bnet publicx always trash talk anything that isn't a Hammerdin lol...when i first broke out my Ranger pala with Holy Fire & Kuko they laughed but then stopped when i owned Norm Baalruns :tongue:

O not sure yet untill i hit 64, and yes the wait is horrid but the pheniox is at the same lvl, but i think if i come accross a 4os PB i might make another, the max damg on the PB only went up to 205... so will see how that goes...

That's true...i never said otherwise :tongue:

As he's using a Passion Zerker he can Zeal away with BoS fast as hell on Norm monsters and against bosses go Tiger charges (if needed) then release on a norm then back to Zealing...mix n match til the boss drops :wink3:

You can get GT's//Runics or another quick Claw with Zeal Charges :D, tada, no more AR probs :P. Im thinking of making an lld one but it is expensive.

u know how fast u would be going through charges, i think to a point its a waste unless u have a endless amount of money or rals for repairs which we all know charges are outrageouse and then that would mean, keeping a cube on u with ral runes so when it ran out fixing it, or swingings 20 times and going back to town to repair... good thought but in the long run seems like a hastle... but for PvP shouldnt be as bad as it would be PvM
