Well according to atma a corona and/or CoA can't drop off of hell Diablo. There is however people who have claimed to have found one off of him. Is there a bug within atma? Thanks for any replies.

afaik hell diablo can't drop CoA, because his TC is limited at TC84 (because of stupid seal bosses) and CoA is from TC87...

Hell Diablo and (IIRC) the seal bosses and their minions cannot drop TC87 items. All the other monsters in the CS can drop from TC87, however. The random champions, bosses and minions can drop a CoA, respectively they can drop any unique and set item in the game.
