I find a lot of claws with sockets and skills and all that stuff, but what is actually useful or worth something?

Just found a 3 socket Suwayyah, with 3 to death sentry and 2 to wake of inferno. Does that have ANY use?

The best claws are Greater Talons, Greater Claws, Runic Talons, Feral Claws with 3 sockets and +2 or +3 (+3 is way better) to Venom, Lightning Sentry, Mind Blast, Dragon Flight, Wake of Fire, Blade Shield and Weapon Block.

That claw is not of much use as claws are typically marketed to pvp chars and those aren't skills used in pvp.

If you find any claws with a single skill that Happy listed it’s probably not of much value if it’s +1, but if u find a +2 or +3 venom or light sentry claw, then keep it. I traded a +2 LS suwayyah for a hr a couple weeks ago. Not a godly claw by any means, but if ur getting started it has some tradeable value. Now if u find a claw w/ combinations of skills he listed then you’re talking muuuch higher value. Say you find a +3LS, +1DFlight, +1Blade Shield in a Runic Talon then you better PM me! :grin:
The claw value of course also goes up with faster base weapon speeds.
