Safety Amulet + Weapon Block

Does a safety amulets increased chance to block apply to weaponblock? This would be godlyness if so, I wonder if anyones tried it. Let me know you sin junkies ;]

Doesn't work. Neither does the block on Twitchthrow. The fast block speed on GA plate DOES seem to work.

Weapon Block uses the same Faster Block Rate frames as you would while using a shield. So Faster Block works, Increased Block doesn't
