Well, besides skillers of course. I have enough room for like 4 sc's, and maybe 1 or 2 gc's other than skillers, my res all, and my gheeds (yes, I do like to have some mf on my chars and she is mowing down everything in her path as is, so its staying lol).

I was told max/ar/life (but still am not sure where the ar comes into play .. is it only when I physically attack, or does it work while casting CS and LF as well ???). Anything else I should be looking for charm wise. (fhr, more res, etc ..) Its my first attempt, so any info is appreciated !

Thanx

Higher skills give higher damage, so skiller GCs are your bread and butter. Make 9 of them with life, or 8 if you need Gheeds.

After those and torch+anni, you will have room for 10 small charms. You can have max/ar/life for a jabberzon, but for a pure lite zon I strongly recommend resist/life. Make it x10 5res/20life SCs, and you will have +50 res and +200 life just from the charms. Not bad, eh?

make up what you're missing from gear res, fhr, whatever. then if you dont have any needs go with mana, life, mf, gf, whatever you're going to use her for. if you're going to mf with her cut out some java gcs and put on more mf scs.

Check the Facts & Formulae Archive (http://strategy.diabloii.net/news.php?id=551) for the FHR breakpoints and shoot for one that seems reasonable. Just keep in mind that, if you've placed any points into D/A/E, you'll be dodging more than you will be going into hit recovery, and D/A/E animation takes 8 frames regardless of your FHR, so getting your FHR faster than 8 frames generally isn't going to be all that useful in PvM.

After that I'd probably go for res/lifers. You can get cursed with LR pretty frequently during Baal runs and CS runs, so a little stacked res never hurts.

Wouldn't that be insanely expensive? And would anyone that own's such charms be selling them for less than 200 HR's :wink3:

. . .After that I'd probably go for res/lifers. You can get cursed with LR pretty frequently during Baal runs and CS runs, so a little stacked res never hurts.

That's what I do. . .I usually carry one charm (23% or so) resist of each element (in case of LR or Conviction), then the rest either lifers, or skillers.

On lower level characters I also like to have charms that add many different sources of elemental damage. On a Frost Zealot, or Frostmaiden. . .I like to have added cold damage charms to up the cold duration. Just depends on what your doing. Poison damage charms can help slow (or stop) the regen rates of monsters in hell, too.
