RL: Uneventful day at work. I was out in the field seeing clients so I was out of the office which is always nice, and we had great weather. Later this week I'm taking a new agent out in the field.

D2: Not too much spent quite a while yesterday getting the countess to give up 2 shaels for my witchyzon (though she did give me an um in the process) Today I've just been doing some hell meph runs with my meteorb.

Insurance agent by day, walking(teleporting) unleasher of fiery doom by night. Also, for some reason lately I've been imagining my sorc's personality as that of vaarsuvius from The Order of the Stick.

I'm about a half an hour away from Tuesday on my side of the planet.

I work in a restaurant so the busier it is, the better, and today was just slow. Though I did get a job offer from a hotel that will open up in Downtown san diego to go to work in their restaurant. I guess its gonna be a 5 star place all the way around. So lets hope it works out :smile:

In my D2 life, I just passed Normal and am now ready for NM with my Assassin Fiore. Yeah...I played World of warcraft for a long time, but once i started this again, its so much more enjoyable at the moment.


Anyways peace out guys. BTW, it seems like(mind you i haven't played in a year really) that runes and gems drop a LOT more on players 8 than they used to. Or am I just rusty still?

RL: My daughter did not take well to daylight adjustment savings, so I'm staying home with her. I just might squeze in some playing time as she sleeps or plays around. Quite worn myself, spend 30 hours working in the weekend, and a long day monday.

RL: Doing a classical studies assignment on an ancient greek myth. Its not actually that boring. Whats wrong with me. (I think im the only one here who goes to school :S )

RL - Took yesterday off for a long weekend. Went to the coast and had a little gander at the destruction caused by abnormal high tides. (Aparently a rare sun & moon allignment as well as the closest the moon has been in several decades. Everybody was caught unawares and a lot of property got destroyed in the process.)

D2 - Playing my pure light zon and frost zealot slowly through hell. The zon meets only lightning immunes (A3), and this is very annoying atm. The zealot was stranded in A2, but a recent acquisition of a natures peace ring saw him through the tombs.

RL: it's quite calm here at the office... let's hope it stays like that.

D2: last evening, I played my abbot-to-be through A3 normal until he got to clvl 30. At that point, I rearranged his equip a little bit, to fit his theme he had to put on some real DR now. He also hired a prayer merc. A short visit in A4 (gloams, corpse spitter, knights) proved that he is on the right track: I can stand in the middle of heavy gloam fire without being harmed. Nice. If it only would stay this way until hell ;) Killing with Death's Touch is getting a bit slow though... but I need some more levels until I could use the Hand of Blessed Light. I learned something new: although prayer is listed as a synergy for cleansing and we all know that only hard points count for synergies, in this case the prayer bonus to cleansing increases with +skill items! I knew druid summon bonus works with +skills, but this one is a nice surprise.

D2: Got passed NM Mephisto last night with my Meteorb, but it was quite a long fight. Not strong enough to farm him and not quite ready for Act 4, so I am going to farm NM Andy for awhile and hope for some upgrades. Found a pair of Magefist in the room before her last night, which I promptly had personalized :)

D2: Probably not. I am not very focused - thinking about tomorrow - so if I play I will probably get myself killed.

@season - Not all of us go to school. I'm a bit old for it. Not that I actually went attended after I was 14. University was better; do it if you want. Making my own choices, much more my style.

D2: didn't get much done with my zon - found a Fungal GC getting to Radament, but that was about as far as I got. My sorc got didley squat from Meph (a 16% Nagel was quite a slap in the face :rolleyes: ). I may have to re-roll some maps, just for a change of pace...

RL: Wrote a Distribution test today in school, it was really really easy but I definitely just realized I multiplied in a place where I should have divided. I'm a little annoyed with myself about that, but oh well... part marks ftw! The weather is beautiful here today! We're going for a walk to enjoy it, and stopping at the beer store as well, it will be a good afternoon.

D2: Probably I will run Pindle a bit today with Flogging_Molly. I think I can make it to lvl 92 today (she's just over half way there right now). Also I have an urge to quest a bit more with my Smiter.

I can second that, that is why when I decided to go back to pursue..well go for fun with the hopes that in 25years I'll land myself a doctorate of something, I choose online courses until I can't take anymore. Never went to class to begin with when I got my AAS, so I can feel ya there.

RL: took out the chainsaw to start on the backyard trees, got to get this area cleared for a fence by next weekend if I can considering next week vacation is over.

D2: Working on tournament characters.

D2: I've been spending next to no time on Diablo, as of recent. Got my pure light trapper half way throught A3 normal but that's about it. I've neglected my tourny charrie. :undecided: Might just drop out instead of letting that minor fact nag at me. Regular characters seem to be slow going as is.

RL: Not much today. Slept in, so that had me rushing about for a while. Watched too much discovery channel again, Mythbusters is Good Stuff(R).

D2: Found a sol rune off NM countess, so I can make my Lore now! Question is, do I use the 2os crown (31 def) that I already have, or hold out for an excep 2os helm.
