just have couple questions to clear:

wt frw% is needed on a cs zon to chase casters and run away from melees
wt are the ideal boots 4 cs zon: waterwalk or treks?
wt fcr is needed on a cs zon to tele cs?
is 40ias enough to cs?
wt ias is needed to fire with widow bow?
is jmod or even regular 20/20 better than ss most of the case?
is griffons really the best circle? does a 2zon/20fcr/30frw/str/dex/resis/2 soc rare circle > 25/20 griffons?

wt frw% is needed on a cs zon to chase casters and run away from melees

anything over 100 is good enough over 125 gives a chance to desynch

wt are the ideal boots 4 cs zon: waterwalk or treks?

out of those two choices would be treks because of fhr and frw. But the most ideal would be shadowdancers or a pair of rare 30/10fhr boots with resis and or stats.

60fcr is a good place to aim, but going to be very very very slow

yes

wt ias is needed to fire with widow bow?

If your making a cs zon, have a cta on switch or harmony for the vigor, i find that having to actually shoot arrows is kinda worthless. But you can try to find one of those bp stickies on top.

yes. That helm you described is pretty sweet so it would depend on the damage output in ur other pieces of gear. the 25/20 light mods are really hard to replace.
