So, I'm no IAS master. I've seen a couple guides and they have this x/y thing for bowazons. I do use a strafer to run the pits and right now I have 50% IAS. I recently found a 20%ed 15% IAS jewel and I'm wondering if it's even worth putting in my windforce (10 base speed). That would apparently bump me from 11/3 to 10/3. Now way I understand it is the 11 and the 10 are only the first shot from strafe and the 3 is all the rest. So, is this really that much of an advantage? If I'm pretty much holding down strafe will I even notice a difference? Cause I have better ed and max damage jewels lying around that might increase my damage per second better if the IAS isn't going to help much.
