mf question

whats the absolute most mf possible?
cuz i was playing yesterday n a pally said he had over 1200 mf n b4 that the most i heard of was 600ish

but then there isnt any room to pick up items other than your mouse pointer

...and having that much MF can mean you actually find less magic gear than someone with 500mf, simply because of the time factor. Someone with 500mf can probably clear an area/kill bosses a lot faster than someone with 1100mf. A 500mf sorc who can clear the pits 10 times in an hour has better MF than a 1100mf sorc who can clear the pits 4 times in an hour and dies twice.

Try to find a nice balance between these two and you'll be fine finding some items.
