Is there an ethereal version of Andariel's Visage? Need for my merc.

yes andariels visage can be ethereal. almost ne item u find can be ethereal (excluding bows and some uniques)

Am I wrong in thinking that phase blades (including lightsaber and azurewrath) cannot be ethereal, since they are always indestructible?

You're not wrong. They normally cannot be ethereal since they're always indestructable. The only way to get an ethereal phase blade is to upgrade an ethereal rare or unique dimensional blade.

Set items
Quest items
Items without Durability or Quanitity
Items with the Indestructible mod (unless they are always ethereal)

I believe that items such as Titan's, Demon's arach, and Gargoyle's bite are all quantity based items and can be eth.
