Jewels in a bowzon helm

I currently need 30 more ias to each the last strafe break point. With this in mind socketing my 3os helm gives me some freedom on one of the jewels.

which one would net me the most damage?

40/15max
40/10min
ohm
40/dex

are there other jewels?

dont put ed% and max or min in same armor item it's bugged and doesnt work correctly. ohm = 5%max cres.

guess that leaves 40/dex.
