pdsc questions

are 400pdsc's real, or this a bug? What pdsc's are real? I looked up the prefixes and suffixes on arreat summit, on small charms there is only a possible 225poison damage. am i missing something?

Not a real answer but I bet is the time of the sufix/prefix combined that allow the dmg like a 313 in 12 sec found in pits(max is 451 IIRC).
