Help PvP light javazon skill and stat placement

so i noe i have to max LF and CS and power strike...so thtats 60 points...i dont noe if i should put a couple into a/d/e or just one in each and max the other synergies to CS and LF..i also put 1 into critical strike, 1 penetrate,1 slow missile.

so what i really want to know is how many skill points should i put into a/d/e and then the rest ill put into synergys.

also for my stat placement how much dex should i have if i use ss??

Nope, this is a form of a pvm build I'd say.
I wouldn't use this system for duelling, just look at the sticky section for the build thread.
