skill build for frozen-orb sorc

so I'm going to reinstall diablo 2 (& expansion of course) and restart a char.

I'm going to be a frozen orb sorc and try to MF (I well need MF gear as well)

this is the build I'm going for: 20-ice bolt
20-frozen orb
20-mastery

how much do i need in : forzen armor & Energy Shield?
how much point do i put on Teleport?

If you want to go with only cold damage, I suggest you make a Blizzard Sorceress. If you really want to use Frozen Orb then I suggest:

20 Frozen Orb
20 Cold Mastery
20 Ice Bolt

20 Telekinesis
20 Energy Shield

1 in Teleport, Static Field and Warmth

OR:

20 Frozen Orb
20 Cold Mastery
20 Ice Bolt

10+ Teleport (Get to level 24 after +skills, this will make it cost only 1 mana)
1 Telekinesis, Static Field
1+ Warmth (increase last)

in my opinion the synergy of ice bolt for frozen orb is not worth 20 points...
20 in frozen orb and high cold mastery will be plenty ...
i would throw another element in with frozen orb though...maybe fireball maybe chain lightning??? otherwise pure blizzard is much better if u want only cold have fun and good luck

For a single tree Frozen Orb the +40% is worth it, that adds a lot in end.
