If I would use harmony bow on switch for vigor, would the 30frw from boots be enough?

Plenty. FRW is more of a matter of convenience in PvM, so, especially if you have 'Harmony' on switch, you really don't need any.

Depends entirely on what you're comfortable with, i personally need about 80% frw on my pvm bowas just because i get annoied with them if they're slower and i dislike having to switch gear to go faster so for me that wouldn't be enough. Just use her a few times and see what you're comfortable with.

my pvm amazon has an act 1 rogue merc with harmony bow because i am tired of having to revive act2 mercs every time he gets killed in diablo and baal runs, usually by iron maiden -.-

You'll enjoy having more, but that's enough for now. Just slowly build up your frw through 2nd mods on charms over time.
