Socket Question

I have already done the socket quest in NM and normal. My question is if i trade for a Monarch and use the socket quest to get 4 sockets would it work in NM or i have to have hell quest to get 4?

The monarch will get 4 sockets regardless of which difficulty you use the Larzuk quest in (assuming the ilvl is enough to get 4 sockets, which it usually is).

I prefer http://www.diabloii.net/items/sockets-list.shtml because it gives the max sockets for each ilvl.
