Use for a 4/4 cold facet/worth?

hi, i got a sorc i use for mfing wich uses CL/FO, she's not extremely good skil or stat wise, but she does the killing with a good amount of mf.

anyway i found this 4/4 cold facet (die) and i was wondering if it would be any good to put it into one of the items i use regularly, or if itd be simply better to sell it? (I mainly use frozen orb, and chain lightning for the cold immunes.)
if to sell, whats its worth on europe softcore ladder?

Cold damage is one of the FEW elementals (poison is the other) which seems to benefit quite nicely from any +% dmg. I don't think the facet is good enough for people to want to trade for since +5% dmg is what they are looking for. The really picky would want a perfect one, despite diminishing returns.

I'd personally socket one of your items and use it yourself.

ill probably socket it in my oculus wich i use for mfing (shako and tals armor socketed with ptopaz and shield is spirit) would that be good and how more effective would it make me if i have say 25 fo and 20 cold mastery?
