Charbed Bolt-Lightning/FW

Hello, I was wondering if the following build would be viable...

20 CB
20 Lit
20 Lit Mast
With 1pt each in CL, Static, Nova, Telek, Teleport...

Then around lvl 80 I would also have
20 FW
4 Fire Mast

This would be my first character since starting over again so i am not looking to be doing ubers or anything insane, just a decent character,

This should be viable. The only problem will be dual fire/lightning immunes. Teleport past them or have your merc deal with them. CB is your main lightning spell? Reaching the 105 fcr bp is good for this and teleport. Are you going max block?
