Go find another player who needs the baal quest in normal who is on a level capable of taking the quest. He parties with you and the rusher. He kills baal and you get the quest from town.
Now you are in Nm

Nm
Repeat all above except cube.

Hell
Repeat all above except cube.
Until Diablo and then do chaos runs till level 60+ or until u want to stop.

you just wait in town during the baal quest.

edit: sorry about that ancients thing is should say trav. I just type really fast and tend not to think very hard while i am at work.
