- (rare) ring with FCR + ≥ 25 MF
I'm afraid that that ring would be very rare, since rare rings can spawn with 25% MF max. It's a rare ring with the Felicitous prefix (5-10%MF) and the Chance suffix (5-15%). Those are the best MF affixes that can spawn on rare rings.

A perfect magic ring would be a Fortuitous ring of the Apprentice, which has 10% FCR and 15% MF.
My tip: Replace '≥' with '=' or lower your expectations a bit.

More on topic: I've got two Trainer's GCs, one with 12% FHR and one with a puny suffix.
I'm interested in your Burning skiller and crimson jewel of fervor, in that order.

Another known brand of cheese is using the Horadric Cube socket recipe to socket an ethereal armor. A bug in 1.11 (maybe also in 1.10, dunno) causes the eth bonus to apply twice, leaving you with something like

The eth bug isn't applied with the Larzuk reward. You must use the cube recipe. Since the number of holes varies, you can get a 3-os one with a bit of luck and/or a supply of clean eth armors.

I found out that this jewel is more worth than I suspected. So the tresher is nice but it is not enough, armor is too heavy, I need lighter one. I've decided to wait a bit, until my NTPP will be over. I will maybe auction it. I'm sorry for my indecision, I'm quite new in trading.
