What are skeleton attack speeds before and after beast?

Is it really worth getting a beast for them? Is there a sizaeble different when fanatisism is on?

IIRC all summons have a delay of 14 frames in between each attack, regardless of the IAS granted to them from Fanaticism. All you'll get is a very (extremely) slight increase in their attack speed.

The attack speed isn't what the Beast is granting, though; it's the damage. And a whole load of it, at that.
