Not to be nitpicky, but technically you can't give away your Iron Golem. He stays with the necro in question "till death do they part."

But I sures could use some o' dat other phat stuff, yo.

Guess: The Daily Show. Seems fairly innocuous.

Allow me to reparse: he cannot give away his golem in the sense that I could take it and attach it to my own necromancer. I would have to use that account to use the golem.

I should have stated my realm, that would of made things easier, anyways the winner was eonblue who now is the virtual owner of one seriously overpowered mfing maniacal necro!

Which is no less "giving away" on his part. The golem is just given away with the account. It doesn't have to leave his character to be given from him to someone else.

Wow that guy only made one post at this site and it was to copy someone else's answer. :/ I'm untwinked so I didn't really care. Part of me does think that it should maybe go to a regular member.

I thought it was a bit unfair so I offered to let him make a new game and give it to somone else, he declined.

It's a [very] nice necro though thank you much. It's nice not to have to start at 0. (I recently decided to play d2 again after about a year or 2 of not, It was just the stars aligning that I was lurking these forums)

Anyway thanks again.
