Charge Build

I looked through the build page, scanningly, and didn't find any charge build.

If anyone could tell me some ideal key points on skill and attribute distribution along with equipment, it'd be greatly appreciated.

Keep in mind that I want this build specifically for PVP.

this is a very well written guide but it's for PvM...if i find one for PvP i'll post it too...
