pvp blizz. dmg or mastery?

are you looking for max damage or the highest amount of cold mastery and facets to get that good piercing action? right now im getting 10k blizz dmg with 260 piercing enemy cold resistance with mastery and facets. is this good enough for pvp or do i need to increase the dmg?

ES or non-ES? For non-ES, that's pretty bad from what I recall. For ES sorcs, that's pretty good though.

And no, 10k won't bring too much trouble if you have -260 already, that forces the opponents to have 435% CR to have 75% resistances in Hell. Which just won't happen.

That has to be Non-ES.

I dont think 10k blizz is possible with max telekinesis and a memory staff

My blizz ES sorc( max telek, L82 ES) does 8k blizz with 220% CM.

You might ba able to squeeze 8.5 with perf gear...but not 10k.

I've seen 11k with es.

its non-es. its a max block dr build using a ss. i was using a facet'd fathom which adds about 3k dmg, but i decided to use a spirit pb instead bcuz the mods on spirit are unbeatable.spirit provides alot of fcr and fhr to help hit the 105/86 breakpoints without using other undesirable gear.
