Merc for MF Hammerdin HELP!!

hey..i was wondering what is the best switch setup for my mf when im about to kill the bosses...currently im using 2 isted alibaba and rhyme shield...is there a better setup than this?? cuz you noe hwo the new mf is speed..so i thought this swithc set up would help me to kill bosses eaiser and safer than 6isted sword and 4isted monarch?? so is my swithc setup good?

Your mercs mf is added to your when he makes a kill.

Best to make merc with some mf, hammer boss to a sliver then let merc have last hit. You can stretch out another 250+mf that way with an eth tomb reaver,p topazed eth stealskull and an eth skullders ire.

what should i equip my nightmare holy freeze mercenary with?? im not sure if i should eqiup him with mf items or stuff to make him survive. also the nightmare holy freeze mercenary is the best for mf hammerdin rite??

Im using a defince merc myself, but i personally dont think it matters, ya they will be slower getting to ya, so shouldnt be a probly..

i would try to get a decent damg "insight" wep, pretty cheap just finding the right polearm....
armor: fort if u can afford a fort then i was useing a griz armor socketed with ral,ort,thul, for fire/light/cold reists, gives him a easy 75 resits in hell with a 900+def armor
helm: anything tals mask is always a good on, gaze for the DR and leech... andys if u get him up that high... but anything will do here with decent armor and resists

i agree with vege

either defiance or holy freeze for merc both work well.

weapon: insight runeword in an elite eth polearm
armor: fort in an elite eth cubed armor
helm: any high def helm with life leech will do just fine

Until you are godly you need your merc to survive so he can help u survive. I say minimal mf gear and max his survival

ur merc gets ur mf so if he has mf on him its like a nice little bonus.... but until u find that u can do all ur mfing runs without dieing, in then end u might not even need a merc, i know when i had my hammerdin i barely used my merc... i use him now on my sorc to tank mephy and kill FI/CI's thats it... but if u have a fort+insight+whateverhelm+ ur concentration= merc doing some good damg... never subsutute mfing for killing speed/survivablity...
