Pally phoenix question

Would this shield be more useful in smiter vs smiter? which is the best shield smiter vs smiter?

there are usually only 2 choices with are either:
1) eth up'd hoz
2) eth exile

phoenix is good with zeal and amazing pvm, it sux for smiters because there is a timer with firestorm preventing you to smite whenever firestorm triggers.

since smite always hits, eth exile and eth up'd hoz is not necessary for smiter vs smiter; a normal exile or normal hoz would be good enough. Also, blocking does not matter so an exile on a targe would be as good as any other exile

IMO hoz is a bit better if you can find chance to cast curse somewhere else, but you can also get up to 65% ed on exile so it is your call.

Edit: Actually Stormshield would be best if you can't afford the 2xber'd COA :P
