200% Fcr

Anyone have a 200%FCR Bone necro? How does it fare as opposed to a 125% FCR?

Also, it seems that max block is not so helpful lately... is it just me?

125fcr is max for necronamcer. 200fcr breakpoint is only for barbs and sorcs.

2/20 etc Circlet
Hoto
2/10 etc Amulet
Arach
Trang
Fcr/Dex/Res Rings
Ber Stormshield



Something like that... if he has a 15+ amulet then -one of the rings.

Guessing a 2/20 circlet, 15+ fcr ammy, trangs, arachs, homonc/ss (switches). He switches between a hoto and wizardspike, and I assume the rings also change with said (sojs/fcr).
