Non-Druid Bear FHR

Does anyone know the FHR bps for non-Druid bears (werebear casted from beast)? I would like to find this for every class

When non druid character is shifted into wolf or a bear, he gets all of it's breakpoints, the same breakpoints druid has when shifted.

Unless i am mistaken ... (very possible since i dont play much), I have done numerous wb varients and they do in fact take the fhr of the druids wb. I believe there was much debate over this and on all my wb varients I decided to shoot for the 86 fhr bp and my dueling success went up dramatically. Correct me if i am wrong ... but i think dragoons calculator actually depicts that they stay the same.
