Question on Wind Druid

Ok, so i have my points all set away, and now i'm working on oak sage, but i'm contemplating whether or not i should invest a point into bear. I already have 1 point in raven and wolf, and was wondering if i should get direwolf and the bear. I talked with couple people in game and i've been getting mixed responses. Anyone with previous experience in this mind helping? I'm also a pvp fcr wind druid. Suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)

Summon grizzly bear is a must have imo in certain situations.

Works great vs Blizzard sorcerecces and puttin characters in stunlocks when the bear hits from teleporting on top of someone.

If you're playing PvP you can do without the bear (though it's useful when you're teleporting, as Kiba mentions).

In PvM your Grizzly will be an extra buffer that will be extremely useful. Grizzly becomes much stronger through synergies, but in Windy builds you normally don't have the extra points (especially if you're using Oak Sage). That also means your Dire Wolves will be too weak to use.
