Blizzard Sorc - Stats?

I've dueled some great sorcs before - some seem like tanks. Could anyone post where stats and skills should go up to level 85 for a pvp blizzard/tank sorc?

if you want to be a tank, then go es, other wise, a pure vita build would work best for a pvp blizz sorc.

don't go es... not enough skill points. perhaps the blizz sorcs had max block? most blizz sorcs who use fathom/nightwings go with vita because you need 105%fcr.
