how do you increase dodging %?

i'm a bowazon with about high points 15-20 in all dodge passive categories, problem is, i still dont dodge as wel as other zons or even other charcs! is there a way i can increase my dodging %?

also, the guided arrows i fire seem to never "always hit" my targets. if they have a high dodge rate, blockrate, or whatever, can that be countered by having more attack rating or something? i have about 15k AR right now, and about 400 in dex. any suggestions for items i should get or ..

1. You just have an inferiority complex. You are actually dodging about as much as them (assuming similiar skill levels). Also, you had better be dodging better than other characters, given they don't have the dodge skill!

2. Dodge and block are relative to the person being hit. There is no way they can be altered. AR does not overcome it. My suggestion is simply fire more arrows.

Other character block your attacks, other zons either dodge or block, if they have a shield out. Throw on GA, tell me what your GA ar is? There is no ar, meaning it always hits.
