Is 1 skill better while sacrificing 2% res?

The +2 is better. Any poison necro's gonna get another -100 or so enemy PDR from Lower Resist, trang shield, sockets etc. Most enemies will be close to -100 resist anyway so a % or 2 shouldn't matter.

"ex"-immunes).
