lvl 30 dueler help

Hello, I am going to make a lvl 30 boner for pvp. I've always wanted to make a pnb nec but have never gotten around to it. I have acquired some lld gear and figured, hey this is an opportunity to finally make one! Since this is my first necro and I am new to lld-ing, I wanted to check with you guys to see if I am doing everything ok. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am going to aim for the 125 fcr and 86 fhr break points.

Gear
1 nec 20 fcr 20 frw ed circlet
Vipermagi
35 fcr spirit sword
Rare / crafted belt
Magefists
1 nec 10 fcr 5 dex ammy 10 all res ammy
10 fcr ring + soj or 2 x soj if I can get a fcr belt
Sanders boots
Shield - I've heard Rhyme or a good rare are the way to go.

Stats
Str - enough for gear
Dex - should I go max block?
Vita - everything
Energy - base

Skills
Max bone spear, spirit
Pre-reqs
I heard dumping the rest into bonewall helps since it boosts bs and bone armor and is very useful in pvp.
Should I put a point into clay golem and mastery?
Should I invest into any curses or would that be a waste of points?

Charms
Lifers, mana, res, fhr, frw - how much frw should I go for?

Sheild- Yes, i would say go with a Rhyme in a head with as close to +3 Bspear/+3 Bspirit as you can get

Go for max block, believe me, i regret so much that i didnt do that on my current lld necro.

As far as curse and summon go, i dont personally think they are necessary since you can always have a switch with an item granting you that particular skill. I would, skill wise:

max spear
1 pt spirit
1 pt bone armor
1 pt bprison (optional for bm towards pubs...)
rest into bone wall

There's also another setup that offers a decent dmging teeth, but i personally think the above build gives you great dmg as well as a great defence.

I cant remember the ammount of r/w to aim for so on that issue i cant help you but only suggest maybe 100+? With the 60 you get from your current gear, you'd only need around 10-15 3 frw sc's (which you can get with some res) and i think you'll be plenty fast. The res of charms should be, in a perf world, a mix of 15 life/12 mana sc's, 15 life/res charms, and what ever fhr you would need to hit the 86. But in reality any 13+/10+ mana sc's, 13+ life/res, 13+/fhr recovery charms you get you should be fine.
