How much IAS if any do you need for 4 frame WW?

So no ias required for runics to hit 4frame ww speed.
btw.. put fury as your primary claw, will work better for ya.

(you'll need 42 ias for max trap speed on runic/runic, make sure you have this, only primary claw ias + offweapon ias counts)

Isn't primary claw boot side claw (right side)?

No primary is usually gloveside, unless you equip the bootside claw first, if you swap weapons (to cta or whatever you have on switch) or reequip (from picking up your body or going to a trade screen) then it resets back to gloveside being primary.

Unless you are specifically setting your bootside claw primary after every bo/bc for the southpaw effect, you should keep your primary claw gloveside, makes things easier.
