Hi. I've got some skill points left on my slightly modificated Warrior-Monk wich I'd like to use in PvP. I wonder wich skill is better to max for that purpose: MB or CoS? I'm going to use fortitude so CoS can provide nice boost in def as well as lower opponents deffence. On the other hand is slightly incereased stun period and dmg on MB worth investing any additional skill points?

Also because lack of enigma I have some mobility problems. I use fade for DR and resists and no BoS, so I move quite slow. I guess dragon flight the only option for teleing chars then and maybe I should max it instead of mentioned two?

between the two choices, i'd go for mindblast. the extra swirly duration is worth far more than CoS. the damage is also useful against opponents fleeing to akara with only a handfull of hitpoints left. having a longer swirly and lots of traps lying around increses the chances of tripping someone up.

cos is only really useful in pvp for screwing with summons AI (nec revives, druid pets etc) where a base-point will suffice. the -def works off the %edef being carried by the opponent. so -100%edef from CoS on a char with 1000%edef still leaves them with 900%edef. if you want to screw with someones defence in any spectacular fashion, you need to use Inner Sight, which as i'm sure your aware is a Zon skill. you can get charges of it, i've never bothered myself. inner sight shreds their base defence, so 1000% of a lousy base is still a lousy total.
