For Fury vs melee specifically, your best build is going to be:

Cerebrus with 40ed/7fhr jewel
Fortitude armor
Verdungos 15% dr
Shael Stormshield
Bloodfists
Gore Riders
Highlords
Dual 20 dext/240+ar ravenfrost
C/T/A and spirit switch
10x 120+ar/40+life grand charms, 10x 32020

If you build to using ccsoq, you will still be able to use grief in places where it is welcome, so go ahead and use it(ccsoq) since it works best with open wounds builds anyway IMO.

Get enough gear for strength
Pump Vita until you break 6k with oak sage
Everything else goes into dexterity.

Should net you 32k+ attack rating with highlords/ravens, 6k+ life, 6k+ dmg with ccsoq, 43% open wounds, 50%+ deadly strike, max block, max damage reduced, 42 fhr breakpoint which is 4 frame.

If you somehow obtained a 3sok ccsoq that would be a cool weapon to use for 4 frame fury and high end damage . I have no exsperience usin ccsoq or cfkoq myself though...
