Do prebuffs like venom fade and blade shield work if casted before transforming into a wear bear? And can you use wield dual claw and use weapon block?

Yes, prebuffs work.

Yes, Weapon block works in werebear form, but *DO NOT DUAL WIELD IN BEARFORM*. Werebears were never meant to dual-wield, so they get all sorts of useless animations. The end result is that where you used to be attacking at 3 frames per attack, if you're dual-wielding you'll be attacking twice as slow, if not slower. Basically, it's very, very, very bad.
