I have some questions

First i would like to say Hi to all... i'm new here.

1. Where to find Baal and in witch act is he in?
2. Where to find runes?

First make sure you have expansion, cause baal is in act 5, which isnt available if you havent got the expansion.
Same goes for runes i think. They dont drop without the expansion.

If you do have the expansion:

1: Act boss for act5.
2: Kill alot of monsters. The countess always drops runes.

In classic there are no charms, no jewels, no runes, no keys, no elite items at all, no exceptional sets or uniques and no act 5.

Yes, you will have to transfer your classic chars to the expansion though ...theres a checkbox there that will do it for you ...really easy. But it's a one way process. Once you make a Classic character into an Expansion character, you can't take that same character back to Classic mode.
