wel ive made my meteorb sorc (lvl 30 atm ) and ive just gotten in nightmare what wood be the best thing to train on ... like cows or trist again ... btw coud ya tel me what lvl wood be good to go to hel

Baal in norm is your best bet atm. If you not get rushed just play as far as you can get in nm now and try to avoid deaths. This should easaly be possible in nm.
Then do baal in nm at least till lvl 60 if you get rushed in hell otherwise wait till ~75 before switching to hell.
