Poison Charms? help a noob

i wanna stack some poison charms in my inventory, but i was wonderering...

If a charm does 175 pd over 6 secs. Does that mean it does 175 pd per second for 6 secs or that it does 175 pd over the duration of 6 seconds?

If a charm does 175 pd over 6 secs. Does that mean it does 175 pd per second for 6 secs or that it does 175 pd over the duration of 6 seconds?The latter. Also, the damage is applied per frame. There are 25 frames in a second, so it's about 1.17 damage per frame that will last for 150 frames.
