How to Take Screen Shots?

Im not a total nub on this, but i take a screen shot, then I paste in paint,

and its all dark and shiziz, Is it paint, or before a screen shot do I have to change the game Resolution?

look in your diablo ii folder there saved as screenshotxxx.jpg

Are you pressing the Alt + PrintScreen buttons or just the PrintScreen button? If you do the Alt method then yes the screenshot is dark and hard to see. Just press the PrintScreen button and it will automatically save the image in your Diablo II folder. Then you can open it in Paint.

alt+prtscrn will just capture the active window to the clipboard for most apps, d2 runs in 256 color mode, which doesnt always capture correctly

its best to use the screenshot key and look in your d2 folder for the jpg's
hit esc >> options >> configure controls
screen shot is near the bottom of the list

Had a question myself, how you upload it then onto the forums. Save in paintshop, then use rapidshare or whatever and its done?
