Ok, so for the past few weeks every once in awhile I come to this forum asking for help, and I never quite get what i' asking for. I just bought a brand new D2 game, and when I try to play on US west or US east, it says unable to connect, please contact your isp and make sure you are connected to the internet. But when i try and log in on the asia or european realms, it works fine. My question is has anybody ever had this and if so..is there anyway to fix this? Keep in mind this is also my 2nd D2 disc, and it still hasnt worked

if you were joining and exiting games too quickly its probably a temp ban
they can last up to 2 days
most of the time there shorter 5min-2hrs
if you keep trying to join the realm the ban will go longer

since you have 2 cd's you can setup 2 installs of d2 with different keys so that you can self rush/mule

just take it slow when joining and exiting games to avoid getting temp bans

Perhaps your server list is screwed up. Re-installing the game won't clean in up IIRC. See here to check it: http://www.blizzard.com/support/?id=aInformation0633p1

Ok guys, thanks for the help, i'm gonna do that server fix thing...oh and one more, i just joined in on a game in the european server, played for a half an hour...i lost the connection, tried to reconnect to the euro-realm and i got the same message -.-

That unfortunately is happening alot to everyone. Mass lag is dropping people out of games and when you try to rejoin, Bnet thinks you are already in a game, so you can't rejoin.

I had a similar problem and updating the serverlist worked.
