i cant find it anywhere. not from mobs and people.

This weapon can still drop. It's the unique legendary mallet. Keep in mind though, a unique legendary mallet can also turn out to be Stone Crusher.

Haha yup happened to me recently - Stone Crusher. Looks like an interesting weapon with 40% cb and if i can obtain off weapon ias i am considering a fanatic zealot featuring crushing blow rather than letting it collect dust :P

orh b4 1.10 the schaefer's kinda of rock.. with the 20% chance of casting statics field per hit..
with zeal, it can bring any enemy hp down by 1/2 in no time (provvided if u hit).
